It was a great day. April 20, 2012 is when Jeff and I tied the knot. I am now officially Misis Tagle! Here are some of the photos that our photographer, Mot Rasay of Framed Up Production took.

Christopher Rolls Bakery Cafe

We left Tanay after lunch. It was a great drive going back to Antipolo because it was chilly and drizzling a little. Jeff suggested we go to Charm to have a massage. There's this Thai massage parlor near my place that I visited a few months ago and I totally loved their service. Charm was my masseur. So I introduced this place to Jeff and he was totally satisfied too. We go to this place once or twice a month. For only Php350, we get an hour of foot massage and an hour of full body Thai massage. Anyway, after having our massage, we felt hungry. So in front of the massage parlor was a bakery/restaurant. I told him that we should try it. The place was called Christopher Rolls Bakery Cafe. I used to eat here once in a while when we go out and drink in a nearby bar. A few months ago, my mom told me that she saw the place was a total wreck. I asked the staff what happened and he said that there was a fire in their kitchen and their gas tank exploded. The entire place was fixed now. The Rugby championships was also on when we went there.

Prenup Shoot: Something Old, Something Blue

I'm a big fan of pictures. So when this day came, I was so excited! I was kinda upset tho because it has been raining since yesterday. Our wedding is vintage themed, so as our shoot. The fun part is the basketball shoot we did in Ronac Center. Here are some of our favorite pictures. Thank you Mot Rasay for the beautiful pictures!

Laya Personal Dining

My friend, Sheila, told me about this restaurant long time ago but I only mentioned it to Jeff recently. We initially planned to do the pamanhikan here but opted for the traditional way which is my house. We did an ocular a month ago to check out the place.

Laya Personal Dining is in Pinto Art Gallery in Antipolo. It's not very easy to find the place so go check Google Maps okay? The place is really very interesting. Here are a few pictures I took on our first visit.

Cafe Cristina Antipolo

Jeff and I just came from a short but relaxing trip to Casa Ibiza, also here in Antipolo. Food was kinda awful so I asked him if we can have early dinner. We went to Cafe Cristina around 6PM. What's good about the place, aside from the cozy ambiance and free WIFI, is the big and FREE car park behind it. Also, it is beside BPI Family Bank so you can easily withdraw money when you order too much and run out of cash.

And I ordered the sinful Chocolate Milkshake topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Yum!

Going Korean

We actually planned to go to the spa but Callospa was fully booked. I never thought that we needed to reserve or something. So anyway, I suggested we go to a Korean restaurant. We first went to Hanoel, which is infront of Mercury Drugstore and National Bookstore. Antipolo peeps, you know this place, yeah? Food was so-so. I wasn't very happy about it. And I was so frustrated they don't have that grilled Korean bacon (I later remembered that it was called Samgyupsal. I haven't eaten in a Korean restaurant in years!) So I said maybe we should go to the other Korean restaurant near Ever Supermarket.

Vieux Chalet: A Swiss Piece

So twenty days after my birthday is Jeff's big sister's birthday. Their family decided to celebrate it in my neck of woods here in Antipolo when Jeff suggested Vieux Chalet. I was surprised they even decided to stay in their hotel, St. Moritz Inn.

Vieux Chalet is owned by the Hassig family. I know two of their kids because we went to the same high school. True to it's word, the place is very nice. It's pretty old and really has a European feel. And the food tastes good too. No, not good, it tastes great!

Pumpkin soup. It has a rich and creamy flavor. It goes well with the crunchy side dish (it looks like chicharon or something) served with it.
